The event is led by: Jurgita Medonė — a self-development coach helping many women build a better relationship with their emotions, body, and mind. Creator of life-changing online courses. Organizer and facilitator of experiential journeys and retreats in Bali, Mexico, and Lithuania. Co-founder of two self-development studios. Author of the book/planner Your Book of Wisdom.
Previously, as editor-in-chief, she published magazines such as Women's Psychology, Natural Medicine, and others.
Now, for 8 years running, she has been a certified yoga (RYT 200), aerial yoga (YACEP), and breathwork instructor, and a facilitator of dance, meditation, emotional release, retreats, and seminars. She works intensively with many women who want to know and love themselves better — who long for a deeper relationship with themselves and greater quality in their lives. Jurgita is a woman who allows herself to live boldly. She builds her businesses guided by intuition, and through her own example inspires others to discover and fulfill their own desires.

The event will take place live on May 10 at 2 p.m. Duration – 4-5 hours.
Address: ma•yu studio, Nemunaičių g. 6, Kaunas (the old address H. ir O. Minkovskių g. 41B is also suitable).
Women come from all over Lithuania to the women's circle, which takes place once a month.
