Your Journey Includes
2 weeks of online preparation before Egypt, including teachings, workshops, and guided meditations.
This preparatory phase is designed to support the alignment of your mind, body, and energy systems — helping you ground, open, and attune to the next version of yourself before we meet in Egypt.
11 days (10 nights) of immersive training in Egypt
A transformational live experience combining activations, teachings, and embodied practices guided by J. Medonė.
Together we will journey through Egypt's sacred power places while engaging in a carefully curated experiential learning program. You will be immersed in activations, teachings, and transformational experiences designed to help you align with yourself as a feminine leader.
Throughout the journey, you will receive practical tools, direct mentorship from J. Medonė, and an experience that has the potential to profoundly transform the way you lead, create, and live.
30-day integration period following the training
After returning home, our journey continues with a 30-day integration phase, including two online group sessions designed to help you gracefully integrate your experiences, embody your insights, and anchor the transformation into your daily life.

Why Egypt? And how will we travel?

I invite you to experience Egypt in a feminine way, aligned with your soul. The program includes selected temples with a focus on Hathor (joy, feminine magnetism, radiance), Isis (inner wisdom codes), and Osiris (balanced masculine energy and a deeper connection with the masculine lineage).
To connect with the elements of Egypt, we will have an excursion into the desert.
We will also visit a selected reef in the Red Sea, with the possibility of seeing dolphins without disturbing their natural rhythm. This experience will support trust in your mission on Earth, while the codes carried by Lemuria and the dolphins help activate it.

We will enjoy healthy plant-based meals in carefully selected locations, allowing your energetic expansions to be integrated with greater ease by the body. We will not only dine in restaurants, but also share meals with Egyptian families.

MARSA ALAM EXPERIENCE — ACTIVATIONS WITH DOLPHINS
Upon arriving in Hurghada, we will journey to Marsa Alam, where we will spend the first two nights of our experience.
Marsa Alam calls us for a very special reason:

It is home to one of the world's most sustainable coral reefs, where there is an opportunity to encounter dolphins without disturbing their natural rhythm. We will not participate in conventional tours that guarantee dolphin sightings, as these often involve intrusive practices that chase dolphins regardless of whether they are open to interaction.
Instead, we will visit a carefully protected reef, where dolphins are encountered not through pursuit, but through alignment.

Here, you will experience one of the most extraordinary places in the Red Sea — a reef known for its natural dolphin habitat. Turquoise lagoons, vibrant coral gardens, and the gentle energy of the ocean create a space for deep connection with nature, the frequency of dolphins, and inner stillness.

This reef is unique because wild dolphins come here to rest, play, and raise their young in their natural environment. It is a protected area with strict sustainability guidelines, and parts of the lagoon are completely closed to visitors, allowing dolphins to rest undisturbed.

During this journey, we will enter the sea with intention and awareness — not to chase dolphins, but to meet them respectfully, allowing any interaction to unfold naturally.
This is not a show.
It is a living connection with one of the ocean's most sensitive and high-frequency beings.
Dolphins are believed to carry Lemurian energy codes, reminding us of lightness, heart-centered living, and a return to our natural state of harmony.

ASWAN EXPERIENCE — SPREAD YOUR WINGS
A CONNECTION WITH ISIS
You will experience:
● Philae Temple and the Priestess Gates;
● A traditional felucca sailing experience;
● The desert;
● The warm hospitality of the Nubian people.
On the third day of our journey, we will leave Marsa Alam and travel toward Aswan.
This is one of the most important parts of the entire experience, which is why I have dedicated four nights of our program to Aswan. Beyond everything included in the itinerary, Aswan is a place that invites us to slow down, take our time, and leave space for the land itself to reveal additional unforgettable experiences and places for activation.
The journey from Marsa Alam to Aswan is a full-day transfer by private ground transportation.
To make the journey more enjoyable, we will stop in Luxor for lunch and visit the local market before continuing on to Aswan, where we will arrive in the evening.
Aswan is a gateway into the mysticism of Ancient Egypt, the energy of feminine wisdom, and the slower, deeper rhythm of the Nile.
This southern region of Egypt has long been associated with the frequency of Goddess Isis — the powerful creator, healer, and initiator into the sacred mysteries of the feminine.
If you feel called to this journey, there is a strong possibility that the energy of Isis is calling you as well.
When this happens, you are being invited to spread the wings of your own beauty and awaken your unique gifts as a leader, guide, and alchemist.
During our stay, we will visit the magical Philae Temple, one of the most important temples dedicated to Isis in the world.
Sailing on traditional feluccas, we will also pass through the Priestess Gates — energetic gateways that invite us to remember our intuition, inner wisdom, and feminine power.
We will experience Aswan not only through its temples, but also through its living culture.
We will sail the Nile aboard a traditional felucca at sunset, wander through vibrant local markets, witness the meeting of the desert and the river, and visit colorful Nubian villages, where an authentic, heart-centered way of life is still alive today.
One of the most special experiences will be sharing a meal in a Nubian family home, where local hosts lovingly prepare traditional dishes and welcome guests like old friends.
This is not a tourist attraction, but a genuine connection with people, their stories, and their land.
This chapter of our journey in Aswan is not about rushing.
It is about feeling.
Allowing the Nile to wash away the noise.
Allowing the desert to remind you of stillness.
And allowing the energy of Isis to guide you back into a deeper connection with yourself.
EXPERIENCE IN LUXOR

On the 7th day of our journey, we will travel to Luxor by private transportation. The journey will take approximately 4 hours.

Upon arrival, we will enjoy lunch together, and the remainder of the day will be dedicated to rest and integration.

On the 8th day, we will visit Dendera Temple to connect with the codes of Hathor — frequencies associated with joy, beauty, music, and feminine magnetism.

We will also visit the Small Temple of Isis.

Private spaces reserved exclusively for our group will be available for activations and guided experiences.

After our time at Dendera Temple, we will continue our journey to Abydos.

On the 9th day, we will visit Abydos Temple.

The Dendera Temple Complex is dedicated to Goddess Hathor.
The energy here carries a profound sense of feminine ecstasy, sacred sensuality, and embodied joy.
Women who are deeply sensitive often recognize within themselves the codes of beauty, joy, love, music, and healing while being in this sacred space.
Hathor is also the goddess of childbirth, carrying a warm, nurturing, and protective presence.

The Temple of Seti I in Abydos is considered one of the most mystical places in Egypt, long regarded as a sacred gateway to the realm of Osiris.
It is here that the energies of resurrection, transformation, and soul remembrance are felt most strongly. In Ancient Egypt, this was a place deeply connected with the consciousness of Osiris — the guardian of the divine masculine principle, transformation, and the cycle of death and rebirth.
This part of the journey invites you into a deeper connection with the energy of Osiris within yourself — inner peace, grounded strength, the ability to release outdated identities, and the remembrance of your soul's true essence.
Abydos carries a unique stillness, as though time itself has slowed, creating space to hear your intuition and inner guidance more clearly.
The Temple of Seti I is renowned not only for its extraordinary architecture and remarkably preserved reliefs, but also for its sacred geometry and symbolism associated with ancient star wisdom.
Here you will find the famous Flower of Life carvings, and many consider this site to be an active energetic portal connected with the frequencies of Sirius, Orion, and other stellar systems.
For those who feel a connection with Starseed energies, Abydos can become a powerful activation — a place where it feels easier to remember your soul's origins, intuitive gifts, and the inner codes that have long been waiting to awaken.

Desert experience
While in Aswan, we will also journey into the desert.
The sun in this region carries a unique intensity and high vibrational quality. It is often experienced as an energy of activation — one that awakens awareness and expands consciousness.
Being in the desert can feel like stepping through a portal into different states of consciousness.
The desert is not empty.
It holds a profound stillness — a resonant field of silence that invites deep listening, meditation, and inner connection.
In this space, free from the noise of everyday life, it becomes easier to hear yourself, your intuition, and the wisdom already living within you.
RELAXATION IN HURGHADA
On the 10th day of our journey, we will travel from Abydos to Hurghada.
Here, we will spend our final night allowing ourselves to land gently, rest, and enjoy presence of the Red Sea.
Our journey will culminate with a deep connection to the sea, supporting the integration and grounding of all that has been experienced throughout the trip.
Together, we will gather for a closing circle and Cacao Ceremony held in the energy of the sea.
Just as our experience begins surrounded by water, so too shall it come to completion embraced by its presence.
A private excursion to a more secluded beach awaits us, where we will connect with the Red Sea and the unique frequencies and wisdom it carries.

Not Included
᪥ Travel implementation costs are paid directly to the service providers (accommodation, transportation, guides, meals, etc.). You will receive a carefully curated itinerary with selected providers. The entire group will travel together according to the planned route, and all arrangements will be made in advance. You will simply pay the predetermined amount directly to the providers. WHO CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN THE TRAINING?
Participation is strictly prohibited for individuals with any diagnosed mental health disorders (including bipolar disorder, depression, schizophrenia, and other psychiatric conditions), as well as individuals whose close family members have been diagnosed with these or similar mental health disorders.
Participation is also not permitted for individuals with epilepsy, uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart disease, or other serious medical conditions.
