We apply a 14-day return policy.
Items that did not meet your expectations in terms of color, size, or shape are not eligible for return. In some cases, items may be exchanged for a different size (this is not guaranteed), or you may request to use the paid amount as credit for other items in our online store. However, all shipping and purchase administration fees will be deducted from the credit.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please ensure the item shows no signs of wear, including makeup stains, deodorant marks, or any other traces. If any signs of wear are detected, a refund will not be issued.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Return process
Before sending an item back, you must complete a return form. To receive it, please contact us at info@jurgitamedone.lt.
Returns without a completed form will not be accepted.
The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order, and we must receive the item no later than 14 days after delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be considered.
In standard return cases, if all conditions are met, the customer will be refunded the amount paid, minus the original shipping cost and a return administration fee (€15).
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items after the original shipment. Therefore, in the case of a return, the customer bears full responsibility for ensuring that the item reaches the seller.
Exchanges
To receive your desired item, please return the original product. Once your return is approved, you may simply place a new order.
Why don’t we offer free returns?
Lyra Lumina we create consciously—in small batches, with care, and with deep respect for the planet. This is also reflected in our return policy. We do not support a “convenient returns” model, as we are aware of how such consumer habits and impulsive purchasing harm the planet (for some major brands, up to 40% of purchases are returned—an enormous waste of resources).
We encourage conscious decisions rather than impulsive shopping. Every shipment leaves a footprint, so by not offering free returns, we hope to reduce impulse purchases. This approach also helps avoid overproduction and waste, ensuring that our collections are thoughtful and our pricing fair.
